Story
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.
I am doing this challenge on behalf of my sister Tracey who has endometriosis, I know she would love to be doing this with me but is unable to due the restriction endometriosis puts on her life, I know she will be with me in spirit. This is also a challenge of a life time for myself, as I will celebrate my 27th birthday while I am doing it, a far cry from pushing Tracey in her wheelchair around Euro Disney in a snowy Paris which is how I spent my 25th! (Not that, that was easy!)
Why try & raise £25,000 you may ask, well it will be the 25th Birthday of The National Endometriosis Society so it would be nice to raise at least a £1000 for each of the years NES has been providing information & support for women like my sister with endometriosis. Tracey was also 25 when she was diagnosed, after 10 years of unexplained pain.
For more information on the National Endometriosis Society this is their web address - http://www.endo.org.uk
We also have lots of celebrity items that have been donated & are being auctioned on eBay why not check them out http://members.ebay.co.uk/aboutme/endoawareness
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Endometriosis Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So please sponsor me now! Many thanks for your support.
