Help the Aged
Help the Aged is an international charity dedicated to creating a world where older people can live their lives free from poverty, isolation and neglect. It raises public awareness, campaigns for changes in policy, and provides practical support to help disadvantaged older people lead independent lives. Help the Aged believes that older people should not be sidelined by society, but should be able to live with dignity as valued, respected and involved members of their communities.

Hi As you may recall, we rode from London to Paris in 2006 for The National Autistic Society. This time we're cycling from London to Amsterdam to raise money for Help the Aged. We are paying the cost of the trip ourselves so anything you donate goes straight to the charity. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure.
