Once again we our venturing out on our bikes and this year we have decided to support "Help for Heroes" and the excellent work they do.

The plan is that on the 28th June 2009, we will be cycling approximately 116 miles from The Royal Marines training centre in Lympstone Devon to The Royal Naval Air Station at Culdrose in Cornwall.

Any donation that you can make would be greatly appreciated and will go towards helping our servicemen and women.
