Help For Heroes is a new charity whose primary aim is to support wounded Service men and women.  Their website is here www.helpforheroes.org.uk

300 proper cyclists ( and me!) slogged  340 miles from Caen to Dunkirk via some of Northern France's historic sites and finished in London on Sunday 1st June. Many highs and a couple of lows but overall an experience that will stay with me all my life - a privilege to ride in such gallant company.

The aim  was (and remains) to raise money for a new swimming pool & gym complex for  the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre at Headley Court.The target of £6M has now been achieved - but H4H will continue to raise funds to help our wounded servicemen and women.This page will therefore remain open for a while.
