<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;">In September Hilary, Ella, Simon, Kate, Manjit (who will miss out the little hilly bit) and Jaspal (who will join us for two days) will be cycling 100 miles over three days along the Hadrians Wall cycle route. </span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;">We are undertaking this challenge to raise money for suffers of M.E. and CFS. </span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;">This will be a strenuous physical test for us, but it is nothing compared to the ordeal </span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;">CFS</span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;"> and M.E. suffers face every day.</span></p>
