Hello to all you lovely people.
Thank you for having a look at our fundraising page. Andy and I are going exploring up north and we will be trekking along Hadrian’s Wall on 5th & 6th June this year. Yes that right 41km of hills and fields and mud and walking! For those of you that know Andy and I well you will know that this will be no easy task!!
We are going on this epic trip to raise money for Willen Hospice. This is a local charity that offers support and care to adults with cancer and other life limiting illnesses. They do a fantastic job but they are not financially supported. They have to raise almost all of their funds themselves. This year they need £2.7 million to continue doing this great work.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pledge whatever you can afford to spare. Every penny will be a great help in our mammoth task of raising £1500.
Fundraising events include:
1) Quiz Night at Abbey Hill Golf Centre 5th March @7pm
The quiz night was a huge success we raised £294.69 for willen hospice so thank you SO much to everyone that donated a prize or came along and took part in the quiz and bought a raffle ticket!
2) Terminal Velocity - Hardcore & Hard House at its best 27th March 9pm til 4am
It is this friday and things are set to go with a bang! Anyone who wants to come along is welcome! gonna be a mad one! All for a good cause!
Our deadline for fundraising is 5th April so this is the last chance to get you donations in so please dig deep ladies and gents!
