Hadrian's Wall Challenge 2010 · 16 September 2010

Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare lung disease that only occurs in women. It affects just over one woman in a million. We are a self-help group providing support for patients with LAM and raise money for vital research - it is often difficult to obtain money for research into a rare disease.

Story

This is the justgiving page for a group of mates planning to run the length of Hadrian's Wall in 3 days in September 2010. That's three ultramarathons in three days up and down hills!

While we're running, it would make a lot of difference to us to know we're making a difference to someone else so we've decided to support six charities through our fundraising for the event.

If you'd like to see more details about our challenge and about how to sponsor us to support either Help for Heroes or one of our other charities, please visit our website at: http://www.hadrianswallchallenge.co.uk

LAM Action is one charity that is very close to our hearts and we'd appreciate any fundraising help you're able to give us.

We're organising, funding and running this event totally by ourselves and any money which is donated will go entirely to the charities we're supporting.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
