What a great race day, it was fantastic seeing all the AHF runners enjoying themselves and they all did really well.

the weather was just right.

My ankle survived the 10K, but i needed lots of tlc and massaging afterwards. the monies will go towards providing eye care for the disadvantaged in Iraq, an eye team flys out to iraq in 4 days, you can continue to donate on this website, as every penny counts.
