Hairloss for Haiti group has begun. With special thanks to Laura Swanson for the awesome name suggestion and support in this pursuit. Help us grow people, we only have until some time around Easter. Actual date to be confirmed.

It is our intention to build up a base of supporters in the coming weeks so that when the time comes, I, Simon Perjubs will have every last hair shaved clean from my head.

Let me give you a bit of back ground on the matter, I love my hair. I think it is possibly the greatest thing about me to some degree. So cutting it all off, to baldness is quite scary to me. It doesn't help that I've never come anywhere close to having it all cut off, it's always been a big bushy afro.

So this will not only be hilarious to all who have known me, but getting to look at the pictures of me as someone who has never met me will also be good fun as everyone loves to see other people do something daft.

Having said all that, let's not forget the real issue here! This is all in order to raise money for the people of Haiti. I don't need to quote the numbers dead, the families torn apart, the horrible (and that's putting it lightly) fate that has fallen upon these people. Because that's not what's important, what is important is helping them recover from this. We can't all get out there and help them ourselves, so give a little to a good cause, and have a laugh in the mean time.

Even if you can't afford to give money to this cause, please add us to your page in the hope that someone you know will see it and maybe they can help. You know it makes no difference to you to add a group, but it could make all the difference to those in Haiti. What have you got to lose?
