Story

HAITI EARTHQUAKE APPEAL

A devastating earthquake measuring 7.3 on the Richter scale struck Haiti on 12 January 2010, killing thousands and affecting up to three million people.

It is now believed 50,000 people have been killed and up to three million men, women and children affected by the 7.0 magnitude earthquake which struck Haiti on Tuesday January 12. The situation in Port au Prince and the surrounding area is desperate, with mass casualties and devastation and the race is on the reach and help those affected.

Children are the most vulnerable

Children and women are the most vulnerable in this kind of crisis

It's a hugely traumatic experience for any child to go through, and we have to make sure we get help and protection to them fast

Chariots For Children collaborate with Muslim Hands of Nottingham, UK, where they already sent their teams and start working at the ground.
