My story

On the 10th of April, 4 idiots undertook a ridiculous challenge, all in the name of the Luton & Dunstable Head and Neck Cancer Unit. At 8am we set off in Harpenden Swimming pool (1.2 mile swim), set off on our bikes around 9.45am (56 miles), and 2 punctures later set off on our run at 3.45 pm (13.1 miles). At approx. 6.20pm WE COMPLETED IT!!! Thank you to everyone who came to the Common to welcome us home. We will be collecting sponsor money and keeping this page open for another month. We will also be sending out a long list of Thank you's. Look out for the story in the local press.

We have spent 9 and a half hours with each other, and it was wheely hard at times,  but we pulled through for our charity. Please take the time to sponsor us, any amount will do. Thank you

Connor, Aran, Seb and Sam.
