St David's Hospice helped to look after our Nana, Josephine Wilmot, during the last weeks of her life and they did a fantastic job.  This is why we want to raise money for the hospice and help them maintain such a brilliant service.

So to raise money we are going to be running the Cardiff Half-Marathon on the 16 October 2011. 

  St David’s Hospice helps those people who have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness by providing them with care at home. Most people feel most comfortable in their own homes; surrounded by the things they know and the people they love.
