Like most kids, mine love to dress up for Halloween and go on parade, but with Christmas just around the corner, they already have plenty of treats in store. So, for the 2nd year running, we've decided to try to turn Halloween into a "giving" thing, reversing the trick or treat idea by giving away home-made cakes and biscuits locally in return for donations to help children from developing countries. This year we're supporting the Rise Foundation's We Are Together campaign in support of children from the Agape orphanage in South Africa.
