I've now completed the London Marathon - in 5 hours 8 minutes and 8 seconds.

All the money raised is going to Save the Children so please take a moment to sponsor me - it's easy and my boss is going to match what ever I raise!

Save the Children is a fantastic charity. They have been instrumental in helping those affected by the Tsunami and have also taken the lead on important work in Darfur, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Sierra Leone, the list goes on. £13 can support a child in to get treatments for pneumonia for a year.

£50 buys two boxes of feeding milk that contains all nutrients necessary for the treatment of severely malnourished children in .

£100 will set up a small children library with two book shelves and 50 children book at a children's centre in a tsunami-affect community in

£1,000 can pay to feed 100 in-patient children in a paediatric hospital for a month in .
