TFM Radio & Magic 1170's Cash for Kids is the new name for Make a child Smile. The charity is dedicated in helping sick and underprivileged children in Tees Valley, County Durham and North Yorkshire. It is unique in that it helps individuals as well as children's charities and charitable projects.

We at Handelsbanken Tees-Valley are hoping to raise money for our chosen charity Make a Child Smile and the Tommy Leech Fund.

Make a Child Smile is a charity that supports local children in Tees-Valley, North Yorkshire and County Durham. Support is given to sick and under-privileged children.

Our special appeal aims to raise money for one special boy, Tommy Leech. Tommy is 10 years old and was born without any ears. By raising money, we hope that Tommy will be able to have his ears re-constructed.

Our challange to cycle 50 miles is to take place on the 14th of June. The route is called "Three Rivers" and is a route that incorporates the rivers Tyne, Wear and Tees.

If you know us at Handelsbanken Tees-Valley, you will know that this is going to be QUITE a challange, but don't you worry,  we have arranged for oxygen to be supplied throughout!
