<p><strong>What am I doing and Why?</strong></p>
<p>Well i'm sure most of you know that I love me running and general adrenaline fuelled activities so i've decided to use it to the advantage of an amazing charity that changes lives of disadvantaged young people and disabled children who just don't get the opportunities that you and I do... <strong>PHAB KIDS!!</strong></p>
<p>In 2012 i'm attempting to do' the big three' that is...</p>
<p><strong>March 2012- THE GRIZZLY</strong> (20 miles of running through mud, bogs, hills, cliffs, shingle beaches, rivers, more mud, more hills and more shingle beaches!)</p>
<p><strong>April 2012- THE LONDON MARATON</strong> (26.2 miles, my first ever marathon)</p>
<p><strong>June 2012- THE DARTMOOR CLASSIC</strong> (105km/65 mile road cycling event over Dartmoor, also first ever attempt at a cycle race!)</p>
<p>The money that i raise will support Phab Kids to enable disabled young people to enjoy the same opportunities and challenges as able-bodied people, and bring them together on equal terms. They help young people to access sports and social activites and build their confidence through a whole range of amazing projects.</p>
