On 15th August I'm doing an abseil off Guys Hospital Tower for ChildsIfoundation - a charity and worldwide community aiming to build a home for abandoned babies in Uganda.

Guys Hospital Tower is 34 stories high / 450ft. That's taller than the London Eye! The scariest thing is that Guy's Hospital's A&E department has closed down for refurbishment!

Any money you can donate makes a real difference - it's such a worthy cause. Also, if you are free on 15th August you can come and watch my fear in real life.
