Update: Both half-marathons went well and tomorrow I am running the Great South Run in Portsmouth, also in aid of Get Kids Going. Thank you ever so much for your sponsorship so far! Best wishes and thanks, Hannah B x

 

September seemed a long time away when I decided to do this!

I did my first Great North Run last year and enjoyed it so much that this year I am going to do it again... and again... with another half marathon in London the week after: 

1. Sunday 20 September: Great North Run, Newcastle-upon-Tyne

2. Sunday 27 September: Run to the Beat, Greenwich, London

I hope the thought of me running two half-marathons two Sundays in a row will raise a smile but also a little bit of cash in aid of a great cause. I am running for Get Kids Going, a charity that provides sports wheelchairs for disabled children and young people.

I hope this can help a young person get involved in sport and have fun.
