Hi Friends, family and colleagues!!

I am off to Ghana with compassionuk to help build a playground and to do some children's work.

I am paying for the trip myself but I am using it as an excuse to help raise some more for compassionuk, see www.compassionuk.org. It is a Christian charity that works through local people to help release children from poverty.
