On July 21st I will be joining the Great Capital Run (10km) round Hyde Park in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) - the Soldiers' National Charity. I am always in awe of the job that our soldiers do for us and the country; the courage and determination they show, often without the true recognition they deserve. Charities such as the ABF provide much needed support to our soldiers, ex-soldiers and their families in times of need. Soldiers past and present benefit from this charitable organisation and our help is needed to ensure that the work the ABF does can continue. All donations go direct to the ABF.
