LAA is a rescue and re-homing centre for lost, unwanted or neglected dogs and cats. It operates a non euthanasia policy and rescue and re-home approximately 450 animals each year. The vision is 'happy pets in responsible, loving homes'. It provides services and opportunities of benefit to the local community.

My story

Hello!

I am doing a 10km run to raise money for the charity where I got my lovely cat Ruby from. As I am sure you all know I *adore* Ruby and really dislike running so I am hoping that you take pity and choose to sponsor me.

All money will go to a small charity which is reliant upon donations to continue doing their fantastic work of rescuing and re-homing animals.

It should also be mentioned that I am doing this run a mere week after returning from download....so come on, cough up and I promise there will be photos of me passing out at the finish line.
