We’re your local air ambulance charity, saving lives across Kent, Surrey, and Sussex when every second counts. Our helicopters bring the emergency room to the scene fast, delivering advanced lifesaving care to those who suddenly become injured or critically ill, 24/7.

Story

Well, as most of you should know by now I made it to the top!!! It was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but also the most rewarding. I really didn't think I was going to reach the summit at one point, but knowing I had everyone's support back home, made me push myself that little bit further when I thought I had nothing left in me.

There is still time to donate and here is why I went ahead with the climb.....

I’ve decided to do the climb for Kent Air Ambulance Trust, as it’s a charity that means something personal to me, as they attended the accident scene where I lost my Dad back in 2004. Unfortunately it was already too late for us and they were turned away, but for many others, without them many more lives could have been lost.

They are funded entirely by voluntary donations and receive no Government, National Lottery or NHS funding. It costs £1.6 million each year to keep their helicopter in the sky 365 days a year and this comes from individuals, groups, businesses, companies and clubs from all across . For more details on my chosen charity visit www.kentairambulance.co.uk

Thank you so much in advance for all your help and support. It really does mean a lot.
