Hello everyone!

4 months ago I signed up to do the 10 mile BUPA Great South Run.  Back then, it seemed like a fantastic idea but now with 3 weeks to go and most of my training needing to be crammed into these three weeks I'm not quite so confident!!

Anything that you can donate will help to ease my pain as I will know that it is all worth it!  I am biased to a certain extent as I work for this charity but it is an amazing cause and all the funds raised will go towards home nursing care, giving people with terminally ill cancer the choice to end their lives in the comfort and familiar surroundings of their own homes with their families.
