This September, along with some work colleagues, I'll be cycling the 350km from London to Paris in 3 days in aid of Help for Heroes. 

Moving my derrière 350 km whilst climbing over 3,600 vertical metres (12,000 ft) will be no mean feat for a man of my athletic pedigree and frame.
