Hope House in Oswestry and Tŷ Gobaith in the Conwy valley provides vital hospice and community care for children with life limiting health conditions well as supporting their families.

Tŷ Gobaith makes no charge to those they look after and receive very little in the way of statutory funding. For this reason public donations are the only way to ensure care and support is given to those at the most difficult time in their lives.
