Open Arms is a very special charity whose wonderful work I witnessed first hand last summer.  They make a massive difference to the lives of a great group of kids all of whom have very difficult backgrounds and really need their help.  So I'm running the British London 10k in July and any sponsorship money we can make will go directly to this fantastic cause!
