The Duchenne Dash is a gruelling 24 hour bike ride from London to Paris in which media rivals and friends take on this daunting challenge in aid of a great cause. We’re riding to help fund a treatment for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy - a wasting disease that leads to paralysis and death in all cases. 

I'm cycling 260 miles in 24 hours for The Duchenne Children's Trust because we need to help kids beat this terrible disease.
