We are 10 novice runners who have all decided to run the Manchester 10k Run this May to raise money for Manchester Kids. We all work for Harvey Nichols in Manchester - as you can probably tell by the very glamorous photo shoot !!

We are currently putting great effort into various fitness regimes to get us race fit - but for most of us its not that easy !!
