Story

Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We will be taking part in the Edinburgh Half Marathon on April 18th to raise money for a great charity - HCPT Group 40.

The crazy reason why Alex has decided to run 13.1 miles is to look good in a suit at his wedding, Ian is being dragged along as moral support (Mullally and Krolly will also be joining as backup and raising money for a separate charity)

A bit more about the charity...

HCPT Group 40 is a Merseyside charity that takes disabled or disadvantaged children from around Merseyside on a holiday of a lifetime. The charity group has been running for well over 40 years and takes up to 10 children every year. This can cost in excess of £18,000, which the group is tasked with raising each and every year.

The group is made up of only volunteers, who pay for themselves to travel away with the children and care for them 24/7 while we are away. Therefore every penny that we raise on 18th April will go directly to helping take a deserving child away on holiday. See more at www.group40.co.uk

Please dig deep, every penny counts!

Will keep you all updated with progress via Facebook...there will be many funny pics and unpublished rants (mostly by Alex)
