POG: Zuzana's Head shaving

Head shaving · 8 December 2017
One year after my cancer diagnosis and treatment, I was told I need to fight again. This time, chemotherapy will take my hair so I decided
to take the control and "strike back". Help me to convert something bad in something good.
Updates: I will shave my hair early January and they will go to the Little princesses Trust that makes wigs
for kids suffering from hair loss (http://www.littleprincesses.org.uk/)
More than a year ago, I was working as a postdoc in the field of physics. Before my contract finished, I was diagnosed with cancer. For two months I was going to the hospital every single day fighting with two stresses
- treatment and future job. But in these dark times I realized I can change something and find new hope.
I decided to change my field to cancer research and after the treatment, I started my job at the University of Glasgow. I fully believed I am healthy again but after the PET scan, my world collapsed again. Some of my cancer did not cleared and spread in the lymph nodes.
My higher aim was to contribute to beating cancer in scientific way and I will keep working on that. Can you help?
I am raising money Paul O'Gorman Leukemia Research Centre (POG).
