I'm  undertaking a challenge this year for a very worthwhile cause - Marie Curie Cancer Care - which, alongside the obvious challenge of raising lots of money, will also challenge me in the process, both physically and socially.  Physically the challenge will be to trek for 5 days along some rough terrain and, for a girl who took 2 summers to learn to ride a bicycle, that should be pretty tough going!  At the same time I'll be meeting new people and making new friends, not bad for the shy one of my family!
