<p>Hello and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I'm swimming the English Channel as part of a relay team in August 2012 in aid of Aspire, a national charity offering practical support and advice to people living with a spinal cord injury in the UK.</p> <p>So the training has been upped and the fundraising has started in earnest ... as well as the swim I'll be organising two therapy days, so if you want to treat yourself to a remedial (or relaxing!) massage and support Aspire in helping people lead fulfilled and independent lives in their homes and at work and leisure then watch this space for dates and therapies available.</p> <p>Donating is simple, fast and totally secure.
