Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm raising money for two charities supporting serving forces and veterans -- men, women & their families who have given and continue to give much more than simply sweat, energy and time to their country. Their sacrifices are immense. It's the least I can do out of respect for them.

In mid April I'm heading off to cycle 868km from Bangkok to Phuket in the middle of their hottest, most humid season (eek) solo, unsupported, with my own kit, in 8-9 days. Seems like fun?!

Just finished 4 days at www.no1bootcamp.com which was tough but incredible. After 7 weeks training on my own it was great to be pushed so hard for so long so thanks to the trainers, team & campers!

Please give what you can. Every penny helps.

Any donations giving offline and at charity fundraising events will go towards the second charity - Project 65. www.project65.net. I'll put the amounts online so they should (I think) also appear on this page.
