You may well all be very suprised to hear that I am doing a 10k run in Manchester on 18th May, yes that's right, this coming Sunday.

This is the first 10k run I have ever done and to be honest it is the first run I have done since being forced to do cross country back at school through a muddy mushroom field!

I agreed to do this with my good friend Frostie, that was about 6 months ago and back then it looked easy.  Now, I am not so sure but I am determined to do it, I'm not looking for a good time just to finish in one piece.
