I'm sure most of you know just how much I would rather be eating a cupcake somewhere than dragging myself along Hackney canal towpath with 'real' runners giving me worried looks (as if turning purple is not natural). So please sponsor me - any amount you can - as I need the support!

Refugee Action is a great charity that supports people who arrive in this country often fleeing situations of persecution and terror. With no one to turn to, many would be destitute, even forced into prostitution, which is not something that should be allowed to happen. Refugee Action gives support that is desperately needed.
