<p>Helen, Ben, Anna & Emilie are running the Bupa Great Manchester 10K run on the 15th May for The Christie. This charity is one close to all our hearts and so we want to raise as much money for them as possible to help treat people who are affected by cancer and also to help find a much needed cure.</p>
<p>The Christie is one of Europe’s leading cancer centres, treating more than 40,000 patients a year. They are based in Manchester and serve a population of 3.2 million across Greater Manchester & Cheshire, but as a national specialist around 26% of patients are referred to them from other parts of the country.</p>
<p>Please could you sponsor us , every penny really does count so no matter how small we really do appreciate it as it all adds up! If anyone wants to donate offline with cash we also have sponsorship forms so just let us know! </p>
<p>Also this year we plan to run in fancy dress so if anyone has any suggestions let us know (not too ridiculous tho as we have to be able to run in them!), and we will make sure we take photos of us looking silly in our fancy dress for your amusement :)</p>
