The hospice cares for people with life-threatening illnesses. It treats and support patients across a wide spectrum of experience. It cares for those who need St Luke's expertise in nursing and medical care and holistic approach to life. There is no charge for these services.

Our personal message:

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. My friend Lynsey and I are planning to do the Midnight walk from Nantwich to Crewe (13.1 miles). Lynseys Grandad was offered a lot of support by the hospice in his final days so this is our way of giving a little back!
