James, my nephew Jonathan and I are taking part in a bike ride in the memory of Bernice, who was the most generous, kind and giving lady who had a heart of gold, who sadly lost her life to bowel cancer and is dearly missed.  We are donating the sponsorship between St Mark's Hospital, Intestinal Failure Unit and Norwood.
