To date, I have not run more than 7 miles, but I am training hard to be able to run the 13.5 miles on 5th October 2008 to raise money for Helen's Trust. Dr. Louise Jordan and her team of dedicated volunteers put so very much effort and time into running this charity, that it is the least I can do to attempt to complete the Great North Run to help raise sponsorship for this very worthwhile charity.

For those that know me well, I have also given up drinking alcohol, which has got to be worth some sponsorship in it's own right!!

I really appreciate any sponsorship you can give me to help me reach my goal and thank you very much in anticipation for your support.
