I'm raising money for Central & Cecil, please could you help?

It's a 10,000 meter run on the 25th of May. That's 98 days away. I've started training today with a three mile walkrun. I'll let you know how it goes on my facebook group, Helen's Run for Funds.

Central & Cecil provide quality housing, care and support for homeless young women, frail and active older people, the Irish community and people with mental health support needs, in London and the Midlands. We also provide day centres and advice services to Irish and Traveller communities. We provide all of our service users with therapeutic and developmental activities which improve our service users' quality of life, and allow them to live with dignity and independance.
