On the 12th October 2012, we tragically and unexpectedly, suddenly lost our beloved Helen 2 weeks before her 20th birthday. 

Helen was incredibly outgoing and had a lot to live for. She was weeks away from heading to France for a season of snowboarding when we lost her to suicide.

Helen left no note, and ultimately no explanation, as to why she took the tragic course of action she did. 

Tragically she is not alone, suicide amongst young people is on the rise in the UK. As a family, we are proud to have supported PAPYRUS over the last few years. 

PAPYRUS offer several services, aimed at supporting young people who may be suffering in silence like Helen.
