This time I am raising money for my friend Noelle's charity (we worked together at Nuffield Health). Noelle and her husband Mike were one of the few people I know to come back from a holiday from a beautiful place and want to put something back into it. They are half way through raising money to build a much-needed school in Cambodia and I have promised to do this ride for www.classroomsforcambodia.com.  I want to raise heaps of money for them in many ways - this will be just one!  Thanks for sponsoring me.  Helen xxx
