Training has commenced......

Helen - a month ahead on last year's "training" efforts but also scared of the forthcoming triathlon (August) - goal is to get within the hour even if 59:59

Gill - training is up and down but determined to get well within the hour

Colin - currently blaming injury but has youth on his side ;)
