03/11/08 - I have now completed the race, in 54 mins and 22 secs.  I am delighted with my time and pleased to have completed the run.  If you have not sponsored me so far, please do, it is for a good cause.

The Tidworth 10k and 3k fun run is open to everyone and the focus is on taking part, reaching personal goals and above all raising money to help improve care for local people in Hospital.

The Stars Appeal raises funds for additional state-of-the-art equipment and facilities over and above those which the NHS provides for all wards and departments at Salisbury District Hospital. The current major goal is the Caring 4 Kids campaign which aims to raise £1 million to help fund a highly advanced new Children's Centre.
