On Sunday 24th July I'm going to be abseilling down the side of the Harlequin Shopping Centre in aid of the Peace Hospice. 

It took a strong gin and tonic before I could even upload the picture on this page, apologies in advance for any embarrasing scenes on the day.   Since I've started working at the hospice though I've seen the amazing impact that the charity makes to people's lives.  It really is in a good cause so please dig deep.
