Sadly my wonderful Mother was diagnosed with head cancer in November 2008 and has undergone surgery and radiotherapy. Almost 7 months after the diagnosis Mum is doing really well and is now in remission.  I would like to say a REALLY BIG THANK YOU to everyone who supported me and helped me raise the impressive amount of £2,500 for the charity.   Running the London Marathon was a real mix of emotions and with thoughts of my brave Mum I got round in an impressive time of under 5 hours I have since applied to run it again in 2010 (I must be mad)!!! Thank you again to everyone.
