Hi all! Well I'm taking the plunge and doing something for charity that involves exercise so I need your help!

CLAPA is a fantastic association that helps to support children who are born with cleft lip/pallette and their families. I was inspired to do this as my new niece is on the way and I wanted to contribute to a cause that will help her and other babies.

So my mission is to cycle from London to Paris in 5 days...and live to tell the tale! So please give what you can as every penny (tenner) counts!!
