Hi All,

Well, yesterday I did it and I ran the 10k distance getting a PB time of 1hour 7 mins.  That 1 hour goal is still a long way off but happy that I completed my 2nd 10k in one piece again!

It was a tough course, far more inclines that I would have liked and some wind, rain and dust in the first 2k but all in all I did enjoy it but the last 3k was pure pain!

Thank you all for sponsoring me, I'm gob smacked I raised som much momey and really apprceiative to everyone.  It really has gone to a great cause.

Feeling stiff and tired today so not sure I'll do it again next year ...
