I think I may be Crazy....

I've chosen to run both The Wilmslow Half Marathon and The Manchester 10k this year for Marie Curie.

I'm running in Memory of Jeff my Mum's partner who died in 2003 after several years battling against cancer

The Wilmslow Half Marathon - all 21K of it is on 28th March (not long now!) and is a grade1 race, basically if I dont finish in 2hrs 35...I dont finish!
This year I'm hoping to complete the Manchester 10k in under an hour, last year it took me 62 mins and 8 secs, so fingers crossed!

My place in The Manchester 10k is a charity place and I have to raise at least £215

A quick Update 11/05/2010: The half marathon went well and I completed it in 2 hours and 9 minutes... VERY HAPPY with this! The Manchetser 10k is next, its this Sunday and I'm starting to get a little nervous.

Another Update... 19th May 2010; The Manchester 10k went very well! 55minutes and 44 seconds! Thank you to everyone who has sponsored me :-)

Marie Curie also have 10 hospices across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and two centres for palliative care research. Marie Curie also run the world-renowned Marie Curie Research Institute, which investigates the causes and treatments of cancer
