I'm a stay at home mum who normally stays at home!  Two things have changed that.

1) I am involved in a brilliant organisation called Deafax.  Deafax is a national charity which uses training and new technology to empower deaf children and adults.  I have met people whose lives and futures have been transformed as a result of this vital work.

2) I have always secretly wanted to jump out of a plane! 

So on Sat 13 March I took part in a sponsored skydive for Deafax.  I jumped out of a plane at 10,000 ft, strapped to an instructor, and endured 40 seconds of crazy, terrifying, sickening and exhilarating freefall before floating to earth under a pink parachute, enjoying beautiful views of the Oxfordshire countryside....

My original target was £200 in sponsorship for Deafax.  Now I'm hoping to hit £500 - can you help?  I am covering the actual cost of my dive myself (through babysitting earnings) so 100% of your donation will go to Deafax.
